Departure Button Stuck / Endless Loading

Are your trucks stuck with a spinning loading indicator when you press Depart? This is a known UI issue related to expired Licenses.

How to Fix It

If your departure button is stuck or won't respond, please check your License Status:

1. Open the add-on tab via the shop.

2. Check your Licenses for any renewal or repurchase options.

3. If it has expired, renew your license.

4. Return to your dispatch sidebar or page - your trucks will now be able to depart as normal!

If this issue is still persisting or you do not have any licenses applied or expired, please contact support to log a new issue.
