If the item still hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, please reach out to our support team with the following:
- Your Game ID
- A copy of your purchase receipt, showing a valid GPA (Google) or Order ID (Apple)

This would be more of a bug issue. Create a ticket with support and explain the issue some more for them. They will take a look for you.
Please check your parked and pending tabs as well.
I paid for stars and never received them. I have the receipt for it too

Create a ticket with the team via the ‘submit a ticket’ option and then forward your gam ID and receipt. They will be able to help you :)
I purchased Turbo and now the system is down. So I lost out on the stars I used or do you guys reimburse?
Now it's saying no Internet connection and I can play other management games like shipping management should I just take this as a list or just hold on and hopefully it can be fixed
