Once a week, the exchanges update and move companies between tiers based on their performance. New IPOs always debut on the Growth Market and remain there until the first weekly update.
You may relocate to a different continental exchange, but this costs the same as an initial IPO. Since the change only takes effect during the weekly update, choose your exchange carefully.
⚠️ Companies that are inactive for 90 days will be automatically delisted. To be listed again, the company must repurchase an IPO.
